Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

I had an outstanding experience purchasing an SMSL H400 from Melbourne Chi-fi Audio. The amplifier was extremely difficult to find in stock, especially with shipping available to Canada, but Andy went above and beyond to make the purchase possible.

Although the store normally ships only within Australia, Andy personally opened international ordering for me, created the order manually, clearly explained the shipping costs, confirmed the voltage compatibility and included accessories, and made sure I had everything needed for use in Canada. Communication throughout the process was exceptionally prompt, friendly, and professional.
